Conquistadors - The Fall of the Aztecs 1/5

 Today we looked at civilizations that fell as a result of westward expansion and conquers mainly by the Spanish.  Our main focus was the Aztecs and Cortez in the year 1519, the beginning of the fall of the Aztecs.

 While I read some backround information and watched these BBC series videos, the kids colored pages.  Baron did an Aztec drawing and Niah, the cacao plant.
